SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time
As our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the specific item ordered. Some items may arrive sooner or, occasionally, take slightly longer during high-demand periods 
(e.g. holidays).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, as they may ship from different locations.

Customs and Import Charges
For orders shipped from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Emberhome is not responsible for these charges, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
